Các loại mặt nạ từ nha đam rất thích hợp với làn da thường, da khô và da hỗn hợp. Dùng nha đam làm mặt nạ hoặc kết hợp nha đam với một số nguyên liệu khác vừa có tác dụng làm mịn da, vừa làm trắng da. Dưới đây là cách sử dụng nha đam đúng cách vừa giúp làm đẹp vừa giúp bảo vệ làn da của bạn an toàn.

1. Làm trắng da bằng cách đắp trực tiếp lên mặt
Nha đam gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, cạo lấy lớp nhựa trong suốt trong ruột lá và thoa đều lên mặt trước khi ngủ khoảng 15 – 20 phút rồi rửa mặt với nước mát. Thực hiện 3 lần/tuần bạn sẽ thấy da mình sáng mịn, sạch mụn.

2. Làm trắng da bằng nha đam và nước vo gạo
Đây có thể xem là loại mặt nạ thần kỳ cho việc tái tạo một làn da trắng mịn, căng tràn sức sống. 1 ít nước vo gạo, 1 ít nha đam đã gọt vỏ. Xay nhuyễn nha đam rồi pha với nước vo gạo theo tỉ lệ 1:1. Rửa mặt sạch, thoa hỗn hợp này lên da khoảng 20 phút. Rửa mặt sạch lại bằng nước lạnh. Sử dụng hỗn hợp này trong vòng 2 tuần, bạn sẽ thấy rõ sự thay đổi của da mặt.

3. Làm trắng da bằng nha đam và mật ong
Trộn đều 1 chén nhựa nha đam + 2 chén muối biển + 1 chén dầu dưỡng da dành cho em bé + 2 muỗng canh mật ong, thoa lên mặt để khoảng 20 phút rồi rửa mặt sạch, với cách làm trắng da đơn giản này bạn sẽ không cần quá tốn kém để có được làn da mịn màng như ý muốn.
